Analysis of Academic Cooperation Network for Returnee Faculty Members to Realize Value from the Perspective of Economics

چکیده
Drawing on theories of social network and knowledge absorption, this paper examines the direct influence returnee faculty members (RFMs) over college research performance (CRP) from three aspects, namely, intensity cooperative relationship (ICR), (RI), acquisition capability heterogeneous (ACHK). In addition, authors tested regulating effect ICR. The results show that RI RFMs has a significant positive CRP, ACHK no ICR negative major CRP.
